Fees + Insurance

My fees are as follows:

Intake (55-60 minutes) = $260

Sessions (53-55 minutes) = $215

Couples Therapy (55 minutes) = $230

I take Oregon Health Plan and I’m in-network with PacificSource.

I am considered an out-of-network provider for all other health insurance plans. I encourage you to call your insurance provider to determine your out-of-network benefits and any relevant deductible, co-pay, or session limit information. If using out-of-network benefits, you are responsible for the full fee at the time of service. I can provide you with a superbill (a receipt for therapy that includes the relevant billing codes) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

I offer convenient and secure billing via Stripe within the Simple Practice electronic health record system.

Cancellation Policy

Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your session. I have 24-hour cancellation policy.

If you miss a session without notification or cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment, there will be a charge of half the session rate. Please note that insurance does not cover fees associated with late cancellations/missed appointments.

Teletherapy

I offer telehealth services for clients throughout Oregon and Washington using Simple Practice. Simple Practice is a secure, HIPAA compliant platform where I conduct most aspects of my practice (i.e., record keeping, video sessions, billing, communication with clients).
